Inviting clients to the portal

  1. 1Go to the client's profile page
  2. 2Click Invite to Portal
  3. 3Enter the client's email address
  4. 4They'll receive an email with login instructions

Support Tickets

Clients can raise support tickets through the portal, categorised by type for efficient routing to the right team member.

How clients create tickets

  1. 1Go to Support Tickets in the portal
  2. 2Click New Ticket
  3. 3Select a category (e.g., Tax, VAT, Payroll, Bookkeeping)
  4. 4Set priority, enter subject and description, then submit
